2.2 Information Products

Digital manuals, video guides, and software tutorials related to AI household gadget operation.

Physical products such as sensors, smart cameras, and control hubs.

3. Refund and Transfer Policy

3.1 AI-Enabled Services

All service purchases are eligible for a full reimbursement if canceled within 7 days of activation. Requests after this period may be transferred to a similar service or postponed to a later date once, subject to availability. To request a reimbursement or transfer, contact us via our contact form. Processing typically completes within 5 business days.

3.2 Information Products

Digital items may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. After download, all sales are final due to the nature of digital content. To initiate a refund, submit a request through our form. Approved refunds are credited via your original payment method.

3.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued through the original payment channel. If you prefer, you may the product or transfer its value to another purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke installation and on-site training packages are non-refundable due to scheduling and resource allocation. Customers selecting these options acknowledge this condition at checkout. This ensures availability of skilled technicians and dedicated time slots.
